Servers vanishing?

Now that the MARS server has vanished from the launcher and APOLLO is offline, the only one left is the EU server. Is this due to the fact what many on the main forum have spoken of, as that HI is just sitting the server time out and then not renting it anymore, just to shut down. I dont understand that master metz doesnt just say whats going on, he is just not communicating with the community anymore, not that there was a community left anymore lol! But thats all their own fault! HI must be the worst company I have ever seen!
