Do I stop gaining skill points, how do I get a retrain option? Also what if I train one of my bridge officers to the brim and then end up switching to another bridge officer? or maybe their skills, what happens to the points?

your character or toon as they call it stops gaining skillpoints but you continue to get bridge officer skill points... I'm not sure how but when I checked I had like 4 skill resets... I kinda used one already so I have 3 now... if you delete a bridge officer and acquire a new one then you'll have to re-train it... if you replace one of your bridge officers skill then you'll have to re-train the new skill, the old skill is lost...
