Is there any browser building mmorpg that isn't PVP oriented?
I'm looking for a browser game like Caesary/Astro Empires, where I can build a city/planet and upgrade it over time... but one that is not PVP oriented, I mean, most of the browsergames are made this way, where you just build a little army and start attacking/pillaging other players for resources, ecc...
But I'm tired of building an entire empire just for fun, and watch my buildings get destroyd over night... so, is there any browser building mmorpg, with PVE questing and stuff, where PVP is optional or there's no PVP at all?
or atleast one where I don't lose buildings and stuff after being attacked... I mean, if I lose only resources that's fine for me...

Although I wouldn't recommend it and it's no exactly an mmo, Age of Empires online.
Fisud, the short answer is no there is not.
I have been looking for years for such and have found nothing. I have asked and most People can not understand why I would be interested in such a game.

You could try My Lands http://mlgame.co.uk/. It's not fully PvP-less but the UK server is called a Mining server, where the goal is more about building your city/cities,trading things and attacking monsters, rather than PvP. It still happens but not to any huge lengths.

If *IT* happens... PvP... even if it is seldom, it is still *IT*. Players that want no PvP want zero PvP. Seldom is too much.
(Besides any server labelled a "Mining Server" is just a big neon sign that says "Welcome PKers". PvE Players have seen this before.)

I'm playing the Settlers, but it's still on beta, and when I asked online:
"Can I pillage§/attack other players in this game?"
the consensus on the answers was "not yet" meaning it'll probably be later on... still looking, any new Ideas?
You could try heaven and hearth and it is 100% crafting and java so you dont install anything to play.

It is also PvP. In order to expand your territory you can attack other Player's Kingdoms.
H&H is very much a PvP game.

In haven and hearth once you place a deed no one can attack you.
Also there is always a tale in the desert you can find it on here and it is 100% crafting and no pvp.

or you could pretty much play a regular rts, and not mmo instead?
Those are usually much better done too.
I like the mmo experience... trading, sharing and stuff... and like I said, the pillaging of resources doesn't botter me that much... what I can't stand are territory conquer stuff (like, lose territories to other players, buildings being destroied, troops dieing after every attack)
What I'm looking for is more like, a game where you can compete with other players, but you don't lose the stuff that took you so long to build/train...
or a game with no pvp at all (would be better, but I really don't think there's any out there)

I played the settlers online a long time and didnt mention any pvp.
in theory, yes.
in practice I spent a good solid 2-3 months playing H&H without ever seeing PVP at all.

Heh , try OTTD (Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe) , can be played online and you'd be surprised at how many people are still playing this old classic. Can be downloaded for free with full features by looking it up on google. Enjoy!

although i have not played in about 7 weeks I do not remember any PvP in Castle Empire
try out Stronghold Kingdoms!

Currently bored with MMO's.
will check it out... by now I'm playing thesettlers online and it's kinda what I was looking for... but still, the game is on beta and it seems to still be quite simple... atleast met what I was looking for, no pvp, and lots of pve
still looking for other games though... if you guys came up with any new ideas, please say, thanks
Try Golden Age , it has pvp but u don't yr castle or buildings , u do lose some troops in lost battle and then yr castle is ' occupied ' by the attacking player so he get % of what yr castle producing per hour .
Stronghold kingdom has pvp and u do loose buidlings , troops and res not to mention that u can loose the castle itself if the attcker is sending a capture attack army .
