As it states in the title i'm having a problem Opting in to the transfer through my account on NCSoft, I just keep getting:
An error occurred when processing your transfer. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact support at [email protected]
Does anyone know what the problem could be or has anyone had a similar problem?

i think atm they are in the process of doing it..by that i mean transfers..gameforge website is down ,no info,cant log into game,usual stuff..give it time or contact support,they are normally quick to respond.i would wait a few hours if i were you.
Yeah just heard back from my ticket and they said if the Gameforge services are unavilable the Opt In will fail, so thats most likely the issue.
