Lemme get this right.
Catacombs comes with ALL the expansions?
Do these also come with activation codes and do i pay for them seperatley as well?Or am i just activating them?

No it only comes with shrouded isles exp you still need the original daoc and trails of atlantis. You can buy the deluxe version which has everything.
