Guild Formation question

Anyone know factually wether you have to have 6 seperate accounts in a guild too keep it formed after you create it or once its formed you just need any 6 toons in?

you dont even need that, you just need 6 people to start it. once its formed you can kick 4 of those people and still have a guild, but those 2 DO have to be of separate accounts.
