How many more hours till STO F2P will be launch?

in Star Trek Online

 I cannot get or find any info when this game will be launched from their websites or forums?

 It says 17/01/12 but no timeline. Any info would be appreciate.

    Server goes down at 8am PST (West Coast US) and is scheduled to be back up at 10am PST, at which point F2P can log in.

    Well, server will be going down for maintenance at 8AM to 10AM PDT (do your own time conversions) today so we can assume F2P will happen shortly after that?
