I'm keeping a close eye on Pathfinder and The Repopulation. Both of them are very promising deep games that have a ton of potential, even if they only reach a niche audience.
A sure sign that you are in an old, dying paradigm/mindset, is when you are scared of new ideas and new technology. Don't feel bad. The world is moving on without you, and you are welcome to yell "Get Off My Lawn!" all you want while it happens. You cannot, however, stop an idea whose time has come.
Thanks for the heads up! Hopefully the devs are right about the speed of their development process and can give us something that's both challenging and immersive. Will definitely check back on it.
unfortunately the pathfinder MMO is still very much a pipe dream. Remember they're still shopping around for an ENGINE AND A DEV TEAM.

sounds like they have a ways to go, but a pathfinder mmorpg would rock, at least concept-wise. Hopefully it is at least as good as DDO, when its developed.
