as massively describes it

either the talks were supposed to be confidential, or they simply didn't happen at all.

I would be distancing myself from him too, seems like he is one crappy FB game away from launching a weapons platform into space and targeting anyone who doesn't want to finance him.

Maybe it was a kind of off-the-cuff discussion with someone at E.A and never an official thing

Richard Garret should sue Eurogamer over this unless he did let that trash website interview him.  If he was in talks its all over   but the crying now.

The definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

I think he is finished in gaming. There is no one who is going to give him a big budget after TR. There is also no one who will take him in after he sued his own distributer (NCsoft).

They would give his game a 0/10 just for fun in return ^^.

Looks like they have an update saying that Garriott's spokesperson clarified that he did not say they were in talks about UO, but rather that they had had talks at some previous time, the only thing they are talking to ea with now are deals regarding some of his other games like his Poker thing.
