Is Sorcerer in Tera OP ??
Like most mmo's YES.
You can see a sorc kill a BAM in 1.30 min !!! (i sure like to see him in pvp)

Locking hits were 22K each. I've watched enough youtube vidcaps to know that's not normal. My guess, they leveled up and that's a quest BAM from some place early in the game.
The player is lvl 58 and is fighting a lvl 59 BAM. Most likely they are in some of the best gear availabel with crystals set up to do high amounts of critical damage vs. BAMs.

Ok i agree with you but is there any other class in Tera that can do high amount of damage so FAST??
Even with the best crystal set up and the best gear available!? If not then the Sorcerer is the best DPS in Tera...
Yes Sorcerer's are the best pure DPS class in tera, as it should be be. It tends to offset their low tolerance to damage.

TY for clearing up. It makes a little more sense now. While that particular Sorc will eat a BAM, they would fail in PvP. Of course if they set up crysta for PvP they become that in retrospect. Without a vid for a PvP crysta tank vs a PvP crysta fit Sorc I can't say if they are OP'ed.
