We pre-ordered back in July. I created my account in august and my gf forgot and created hers just 3 weeks ago.
She is in on first wave and I am still locked out lol.

The only thing I can see negative, is that all names will be taken for others.
On normal launches /pre-launches everyone gets in at the same time, which gives everyone a fighting chance, but now people can just sit and wait while others grab everything.
I was hoping that they would allow sur-names at character creations. Makes it alot easier to get a name people wants.
