MMORPG'S that use gamecards as a payment option...

Can someone tell me or make a list of as many MMORPG'S as you can find that use gamecards that can be bought at say EB-games or some store to play. credit card's are out of the question for me.

don't flame please stay on topic.

i know of the following:

-EQ

-EQ2

-WoW

Please also tell me if the following have gamecards as a payment option:

CoH? 

DAOC?

AC? AC2?

Saga of Ryzom?

Matrix online?

SWG?

Horizons?

    Most of the older MMOs don't sell gamecards anymore, I did see an SWG one last month at best buy though.

    I know that SWG, CoH and Planetside all have Game Cards. Neocron, The Realm Online and Horizons do not (I am positive about that). Eve Online and Ultima Online might... but not sure.

    EVE does but you can only buy them online, I haven't seem them in any stores.

    I think theres a corp in eve that sell them for isk as well..
