    In the first Resident Evil game, near the end with Chris (if you saved Rebecca). There's alarms going off everywhere, flashing red light, and a automated voice that keeps repeating "Self-Destruct Activated. All doors unlocked."

    Then, when you're just about to leave Rebecca runs up and tells you: "I've activated the self-destruct."

    Because, you know, Chris is retarded and needs to be told everything from people or else he has no idea about it.

    Heh, thats my most recent favorite. It's from FFXI, a little side quest a guy was looking for this jewel or whatever. I will post again I have quite a few -_^
