Returning to EQ2X, but something doesn't work

I tried EQ2X again, to see the changes and all. But there is something thats no longer working for me.
If you go to the options, under controls view keys, theres an option called Mouselook toggle. When I key bind it, it doesn't work. Anyone else know why this option stopped working? Is it just on my setup or is this a bug in the game that this stopped working.
For me the game is unplayable without this options.
Anyone who has the game installed care to try it and let me know if its me or if this option truly no longer works. But then again, why would they leave it in the game if it doesn't work any more.....?

i have no clue but i googled mouselook toggle and EQ2 and got this

FIXED: I had to go to Options>Controls>Mouse Settings>Click Adavnced button in top right of window>Put a check in Mouselook Toggle
It didn't dawn on me that I would actually have to enable it when it has a binding in View Keys.
