    1) Elder Scrolls 3-mostly for the sheer amount of content there is.
    2) Neverwinter Nights
    3) The diablo series
    4) Maybe some final fantasy games
    5) Skies of Arcadia

The last one is just a personal favorite. Its a dreamcast game and its one of the few RPG's that ive played in which I was really addicted.

Ahh...Indeed. That era was a magic time for adventure/RPG games.

Kings Quest...Police Quest; all those sierra games were enjoyable(And of course Return to Zork. I remember you having to eat bat droppings to help improve your eyesight in that forest.)

I'd have to put Kings Quest V & VI on my list. Those games really made my year.

Actually I need to add. Two game that really inspired me in the RPG genre was Lands of Lore II and III.

Well, I think my top six would be:

    1. KOTOR I & II
    2. Chrono Trigger
    3. Final Fantasy VII
    4. Morrowind
    5. Final Fantasy X
    6. Fallout 2 (EDIT: Added)

I see I'm not the only one who looks at the KOTORs as one game. :)

meth - Redguard isn't numbered. Its more like a separate side adventure. Beth calls Morrowind TES 3.

But technically you have a point. ;)
