Fantasy setting MMO with the closest Eve Online mechanics?

I have to say Eve Online is the best in terms of game mechanics and I see myself subbing.. but I miss seeing more th an just space so I was wondering if anyone knew of a game with the closest to Eve in terms of sandbox and PvP and its game mechanics in a fantasy setting...

Not any good fantasy sandbox games.
Darkfall/Mortal online maybe...I think both are open world FFA pvp.
I think the more popular fantasy sandboxes atm are Fallen Earth, Ryzom, and perhaps Mabinogi. All three are a little more PvE oriented though.
edit: Perpetuum is a Eve clone down to almost every little detail I believe, has giant robots and ground environments.
