MMORPG.coms' Free MMOs to Play or Download Now!: Why is Rift and Aion listed there?

Self explanatory on the site's homepage (lower right box)

Those games are not "Free mmos to Download and Play". They are only in trial state.

What's up with that?

    Well they are free to download now aren't they.

    Sent me an email if you want me to mail you some pizza rolls.

    Dumb.  the world 'and' means both conditions need to be true.

    However they both have free trials so I suppose that could qualify.

    I've asked this question before, and was told (by staff members) that it is a bug.

    They claimed they fixed it, I guess they didn't.

    Lots of games are "free to download" but that doesn't mean they should be there either.

    key word is NOW. you can play aion and rift for free for 14 days or something. so technically u can play them both free right NOW

    Rift nor Aion is a free mmo. Period. To suggest a trial makes it 'free' is dishonest by anyone pushing that point.

    Rift nor Aion is a free mmo. Period. To suggest a trial makes it 'free' is dishonest by anyone pushing that point.

     

    This is a list of games that are Free to Play OR Download Now.  The OR is really the pivotal statement there.  Rift and Aion both have options to signup on their site, download the game and play.  If the wording did not include the OR your argument would be valid.
