Why do you not issue warnings and delete post that are clearly violations of NDA's any more, unless of course the person is not being critical, but putting a positive spin on what they say about a game.   Many times my post have been deleted and I was issued a warning and all I ever did was drop a hint that I might be in beta.

It seems there is a bit of bias going on in the fourms moderation regarding this.

Can this be explained?

If an NDA is in effect, the only thing that you may disclose is the fact that you are participating in the beta. Nothing more. No impressions. No details. I hope this clears it up. Unless specifically stated by the developer, we do not warn or infract anyone who simply states they are in beta. That is not breaking any rule.
