If it really needs to be 10.1", it's slim pickings, and mostly a bunch of Atom garbage. This was the best I could find on Amazon:

If you can go with 11.6", you've got much better options:

Llano is 35 W, and that's not going to fit below about 13". Future low-voltage 20 W Llanos may be able to get into 11", but not 10", and aren't here yet, anyway. If you need the small form factor, try Bobcat cores, as linked above.
thanks quizzical ok then is there a good option for 13 then , i will buy around xmas and i what to know what is going around the market but not a 15 inch , i prefer it to be light and more portable - it makes my life way easier to bring a small laptop with you to the uni , is ebay a sensible place to try ?
There isn't a 13" Llano yet. The only 14" is Toshiba, but they disable video drivers. I don't know what is coming in the future, but at 35 W, Llano isn't going smaller than 13". Future 20 W versions conceivably could, but even that might not.
I'm running an Acer 3820TG 13" with an i5 2.8Ghz and AMD 6550. The newer version, 3830TG is out now, but I liked the previous version better, as it has separate fans for the CPU and GPU. Good solid, low profile notebook that has enough power to do gaming at decent levels.
i prefer to have lower graphics since i would not game so mutch and i will not use demanding games - i want to be around $400 -500 , i am talking about games like left for dead 2 and minecraft
Ah.
Any of the AMD A6 notebooks should do then.
