Is there Multiplayer in this MMO?

I have played a couple characters into their teens and so far has found nothing that requires or even offers multiplayer content. I didn't see a way to go LFG or instances to do with other people. Just seems to be a lot of quests that lead you into private worlds. I am not saying there isn't but anyone lend some insight into where it is found? I tried looking in the chat channels but that pretty much just a constant stream of w w w . s3l u g 0l D . c o m crap.
