Just reinstalled the game, quick question

What's with the NCsoft logo that stay on the screen for like 15-20 seconds when you start the game ?  Clicking or hitting ESC does nothing...

    Doesn't last that long on my computer.  It's a placeholder while the game loads.

    It depends. Sometimes it loads fast for me and sometimes I get the same thing that you did.
