I just recently happen to read about recent fishy and really bad tactics that Turbine start to using to adress question & complaints of theri forum about Isengard relese.
There were a certain active user , who did ask some not-easy-for-Turbine questions ,but did it in a polite way , so no trolling was done.
So moderators did not had actual reason to ban him , but they did not want other users to see their posts , so they used certain feature , that make that user posts invisible to everyone apart of this poster and moderators.
I don't know about you but I am bit shocked O_O .
This is more like some cheap critique silencing that I sometimes saw on some really bad companies , like some cheap f2p asian games , but Turbine?

Companies have the right and power to censor any posts on their forums. IMO, they should be doing a lot more of it.

u want to hear another one they banned my friend for over a year out of the game and acccused him of buying 3000 dollars in gold lol. So he emails them every day appealing and after a year of appeals they realize hes not buying gold and give him the account back year later and threaten to reban him if he tells anyone about THIER mistake.
I've actually never had any real issues with their customer service save one time when they shut my account down because they said somone else got access to it. Except when they finally gave me the account back I checkd every character and nothing was taken and not one was moved from where I left them.
Usually when I buy points, which is fairly infrequently, I get them within minutes.
I'm assuming that when you say you get an auto response you submitted a ticket and they are sending you a response to your e-mail?
The only thing I can say is call them during your lunch hour (assuming you are in the states) and wait on hold until you speak to customer service directly. this is if you did actually submit a ticket.

Never had any problems with them, myself. And I've seen plenty of posts on their forums regarding ROI that were politely critical, and never removed or hidden by the mods. I've also never received my Turbine Points any time other than instantly after I purchased them. I've certainly got a few nitpicky things to complain about as far as the game itself goes, but customer service isn't one of them.
<shrug>
Hey OP, I been around turbine forums for a long time. One thing that Turbine does not like is folks who ask hard questions. They also don't like post that put them in a negative light.
Turbine especially on the lotro forums has always been heavy handed and very draconian in how they handle post on the forums they don't like. I gave up posting over there after loosing a battle with sapience, about some of the stuff that went down during beta for som and then some of the stuff that made it to live.
Trust me its par for the course, they will always be heavy handed in dealing with folks they Diem as problems.
It looks like those posts on the Turbine forums were invisibled because they were serving as a lightning rod for others to question Turbine's business practices. They weren't actually in breach of the ToS, but they were not something that Turbine wanted its users to discuss.
I still find it odd that they weren't just deleted outright. Turbine is still the final arbiter of what can be posted and what can't, regardless of the ToS they ask their users to abide by. Making them invisible seems rather an awkward way of addressing the issue. Not that it's helped them much. If anything, it's only galvanized the people who oppose them.
I'm very curious to see where this all leads. It's starting to look like the players are actually, for once, holding a company accountable for their actions, and the EULA shield that so many game companies love to hide behind, might possibly be revealed as having all the weight of a helium-filled balloon.
Thanks for sharing this, OP.
its all sorted now i recived a email with a explination as to what the problem was and everything has been resolved
the customer service was slow but good as i had to wait 3 days to resolve the matter
