I can't say if the specs will work or not, but I guess if worst comes to worse you can take it down to the minimum settings.
But I can say that one can very much play this game with mouse and keybord, As I do it myself with no problem.
I head people say that it is much better to play with a controller and your feet on the coffee table but I haven't tried that, but I am getting a HDMI cord and a controller and gonna get it working on my LED TV
The card is whats gonna hurt u and your processor is a bit how to doing... but i reckon u should b ok on a medium setting in busy areas... keyboard and mouse is fine but before the patches it was terrible only really good with a controller... u should b ok u can download a program for the game to check your fps and perforance for the game... not sure of the link but check lodestone... hope this helps u
