Half B-Day Question

So I played the game only during the early access, I never subscribed. If I play today, the half B-day they got going and I still do not subscribe, will I be getting the bonus exp? So is the bonus exp ONLY for people who are subscribed or for everybody?

it's for everyone, but.....WTF would the point be of playing if your not going to subscribe. you already have played the game and know what its like.

The bonuses only apply to active subscribers, just logged in myself to check it out, and it will tell you taht as soon as you log in
