No case fans at all?  That's a big, big problem.  High powered components will overheat if you don't have case fans to deliver cool air to them.  Otherwise, all they can do is to blow hot air at components, and that doesn't cool them very well.

You sure you don't have any case fans?  Even most cheap cases at least have one small fan in the back.  You'll have to replace the case, too, if you really don't have any case fans.

The only fans i got are from the psu that seam to push air in the box and the proc. Maybe i can find a fan for the box from one of the small retailer here, i can see they are almost for nothing, and the room for a box fan (the grid) is just empty i just checked it...

I just take the mesure of the fan grid and found a 80mm box fan:

Also i'm not sure about buying a new case because if i remember right from my last config i had hard time finding a mobo for it because its a mini tower, and i had not much choice to fit one in. So its maybe better to change it with the mobo, and get a midi tower instead, they are not that much bigger anyway.

One 80 mm case fan is not enough for an internal exhaust GeForce GTX 560 Ti.  That will get the interior of your case very hot, which is a big problem.  If that's all the room for fans that your case has, then you may need to replace the case by something that has room for a few 120 mm fans, in order to get adequate airflow.

Alternatively, you could add a fan and get the Radeon HD 6870 that I linked above instead, as that will exhaust much of the video card heat right out the back of the card, and hence out of the case entirely.

What kind of case i can take, i have this mobo :

From the spec it seam midi towers case can handle this mobo format, but i'm not sure.

In any case i gave you the link for the midi tower cases they sell, if choosing it carefully have importance :

I didn't know air colling was so important now,  ill keep this in mind in the futur. Thank you again, at least now i'm back with a healthy config since all the cheap parts will be gone. I used to have good programmers friends that would build my comp for free, but i lost contact.

Your MB is a Micro ATX, most of your mid ATX towers will have the mounting for it. This also allows future expansion to an ATX format when/if you choose to upgrade. Judging from the cases you have available at that site I'd go with something like this. It has suffecient cooling although you should probobly get a 120mm fan for the intake. The problem with your current case having no airflow means the heat just sits in your case getting hotter and hotter. This could be one major factor to why your old video card had died as well. Cases are primarily at the discretion of the owner. Some move air better than others, but in the end it comes to price and what you like. Pretty much any of the Thermaltake cases listed in the mid ATX category will suffice. Just make sure they have mounting for Micro ATX and intake and exhaust fans. Most of them have exhaust and no intake, but for 12 bucks more you can drastically decrease the warm/hot ambient air in your case.
