Um... I'm not sure what you're trying to ask but I can guess. LoL usually only has login queues after patches. A new champion was added in today's patch so there's a lot of people that want to check him out. The queue will probably be gone by tonight, definitely by tomorrow.

I've waited over 2 hours on a friday when it was at worst with the EU server
ya they got success issue(not enough server)
The max I've waited in a queue was 5 minutes (and it was a long time ago) after they split the Europe server.

usually see that when the log in server is down. if its down it will time out and kick you. some times (usually right after they fix it) it stays and takes a long time to get in. the game is alot more popular than i would have thought.
