Definitely, I do it all the time, they're scaled to your level if you're solo of the average level of your group if you're in a group.

Yeah in addition if you are close to leveling you can enter and then if you level while going through the mobs will stay the same levle nad you will be a little better off.
normally each insta has a boss mob at the end they are kinda hard to defeat but they drop good loot.
There is a difference between private adventure wings and instanced dungeons. Instanced dungeons you need to get a task from a task master. There are usually a named boss in there, but he is not harder to kill than any other mob. It only drops money. Instanced dungeons scale to the level of the character/group.
Private adventure wings are off shoots of current dungeons. You can walk into them if you want. They have a set dificulty level. There is a boss in this and if you kill the boss you get a decent item. Further it is only private advenutre wings that drop aurulite.
