Casual F2P with Raiding

Basically I miss raiding in WoW with my guild, but I miss the community more than the actual game. I don't fancy questing and grinding for ages to get to the max level, so I want something that is quick to get max level, and has decent endgame. Please no pay to win. Had a look at DDO but it seems very complicated in comparison to other MMOs and takes too long to level. LotRO is maybe but the leveling again takes ages, I don't know what endgame is like, and it seems quite dull (at least the leveling, but then what's new?). I can't afford to be paying a subscription, I'm basically waiting for GW2 to come out but I would like something to tide me over. Anything vaguely suitable?
