What is the best game to combine customization and playability?

Don't mind if its p2p, b2p or f2p. Fashion tab is a bonus. Any ideas? I have spent long hours on GW. Edit- Sorry, this shouldn't be in hardware- my mistake.

Depends on what other qualities in a game you enjoy, but LotRO is a lot of fun. Tons of content, loads of features and different ways to play, a great story, and some cool customization options like character story, heritage, cosmetic tab, and legendary items.
