ncsofts stance on botting?

every once in a while I feel like going back to this good game, but I useally only last a month before I quit because off all the cheating.

so this time I read about about the game wondering if i should give it ago, and I came across theese threads.

Update: Rest assured that we are taking this matter very seriously and we recognized that we do owe you an explanation. Currently we are discussing this matter intensively. We are working on preparing an explanation for all players as to why this is happening, and what will and will not happen moving forward. I hope to have more for you about this next week.

for the next link you need a account to view the topic but people postet, what should be replies from ncsoft support, i don't know if it's true but most text from ncsoft support is useally standard text responses.

Account reinstatement is only eligible for those accounts closed for botting before November 2010 that have an otherwise clean account/associated account history. Only accounts closed for botting (third-party programs) before November 2010 are eligible to be reviewed for reinstatement. As a part of this process, the support team will perform a complete review the account’s history to determine if the account will be reinstated.



Please make sure the contact information listed on the account is current. If it is not, you can update this information at https://secure.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/accountManagement.pl. If this is your first time logging into the NCsoft master account since March 2, 2011, you will also need to verify your identity by answering the Password Hint Questions associated with the account. If you do not know this information, we will request additional information from you so that we may verify ownership of the account.



Once you have updated the contact information, please update this ticket from our support interface at https://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncso...acct_login.php and we will begin the review process.

I don't even know if its true or just a big joke, but their offense on cheating has always been horrible, I even thought about malling support, but i don't have a banned account or hate the company enof to bother with it. 

If anyone else would do it I appreciate it and show a screenshot off the mail
