yes israphel, both sides seem to be very healthy

Except Israphel, accrordign to the site, is very unbalanced with a greater asmo to elyos population.
Vaizel is more balanced.

those statistics are subject to change every siege. when you posted your post the abyss was asmo dominated, a week before it was elyos dominated, today it is basically even. also they don't show population, only current control of the abyss.
israphel is very active and from what i understand the only part it lacks in is low level abyss pvp. from personal experience on the elyos side there are plenty of pvpers and pvers and lots of new players and low level alts.
but i've heard good things from a work associate who plays on vaizel so that server is probably a good choice too.

Both are good choices.
I play on Vaizel and have been to 4 servers, I'm not leaving this one. I get more AP daily here than I do monthly on the other servers...
well, if you want easier leveling, choose 1 of the 3 that offer asmo incentives, Israphel pop is kinda balanced, but when it comes to AP, asmo will be easier to get it methinks. i dropped elyos and rerolled asmo on this server.
