Please, please...

I dont know how it happened but my comp is infected with spyware... again!

Can anyone give me the name of the best *free* spyware program??? 

Thinking of strange days

    Ad-aware and Spywareblaster are 2 very good free anti spyware programs.

    Also Spybot, and AVG has a free virus checker/remover.

    I use Spybot and AVG, and im clean all the time. Of course im not usually dumb enough to get infected, but if you happen to get anything, both together have always cleared anything for me.
