I've just come to the site and I'm lucky I found my way here.
Maybe you should add a YouTube clip featuring a Tutorial or tour around the site so we get to know where everything is and what we can do...
Possibly add it on the E-Mail Validation page because we (I know I was) will already be on this Page so while we wait for confirmation maybe just auto play the clip or something...

I would hope the site isn't so confusing it warrants a video to navigate! If you feel the site is confusing, any feedback as far as how we can improve the design so as to be less confusing would certainly be appreciated. At the same time, we do have many features here at MMORPG.com and I'm sure a few guides on how to use them wouldn't hurt.
