..gotta be one of the most boring and anti climatic "expansion" releases I've seen, so I guess they learned not to hype it up. Looking forward to reading the feedback, and maybe giving the game another go!

    I would never try their game again just because of the developer / GM favoritism you've seen evidence of around the web.

    Same. I was kinda tempted to make a trial and see the puking animation, but I must have deleted Mortal already. Well, guess I'm not missing much anyway.

    I wonder how fail it's going to be though. :D

    I also can confirm it seems like I'm downloading the Dawn expansion now!

     

    I so friggen excited.  

    Downloading at 3gigs a second.

    Never trust a screenshot or a youtube video without a version stamp!

    Suprised they are releasing this on a Sunday, thought they did not work weekends :)

    Will have to try this out sometime this week.  If not just to puke on someone.

    Note:  After the patching process is over.. just about everyone willc rash when loading the game.  Doing a file integrity scan will show 1272 damaged files (yes it's exactly 1272 for everyone).  Let that run for about an hour and you should be good to go.

    UPDATE FROM DISCORD:

    @GM[DISCORD]>; The File Checker has been disabled

    @GM[DISCORD]>;  It's set to preDAWN and will do you no good

    @MAGREE>; Oh Boy...

     

    SIGH.. So now I have just "fixed" all the errors... to find that they weren't errors and that the launcher replaced the new files with old ones.  They disabled the file scan, but AFTER everyone used it to fix the errors... WTF.  I was really hoping for better.

    Over 3 gig expansion. Now that´s what I would call a HUGE expansion. I will probably be a bumpy ride in the start. But give them a week or two to sort out the bugs that WILL appear. As it does in every MMO. At least when the patches are this big. I hold my thumbs that they make it, cause I really like the game so far and the expansion has me drooling.

    haha, the live chat is hiliarious:   Apparently there's a guy claiming hacks, but keeps getting busted by people saying "that's not a dupe, that's a guy on a 2nd account", etc, then sets up another screen name and tries again...  Let the spin begin! !

     

    While I might give it a shot tonight, like everyone else I'm thinking it might be best to wait a day or too... 3 gigs worth of download is bound to have a few issues ;)

    The website says new Guild system, does someone mind telling me what this new system is. Might be interesting if its good enough combined with the task system, I might be able to get some friends to rejoin with me... if not, well doesn't really seem worth it.

    Some details on the task/mail system would be nice too.

    The file integrity scan "fixed" everyone's files to the pre-DAWN versions... ROFL...

    They have disabled the integrity scan now, but too late for the folks that used it.

     

    Can't make this stuff up.
