so i have decided to try and buy the parts from newegg instead of going through cyberpower and heres what i have so far please tell me what you think and what i need to improve and or get in addition
Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
EVGA SuperClocked 012-P3-1573-KR GeForce GTX 570 HD w/Display-Port (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
XFX Core Edition PRO850W (P1-850S-NLB9) 850W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
CORSAIR Vengeance 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ12GX3M3A1600C9
Unless you need the Intel integrated graphics for some reason, it's better to get a P67 motherboard rather than a Z68 one. If you're looking to overclock the processor, you might want something higher end than that. If you want to retain the option to go for SLI or CrossFire, then this will work:
That also has enough power circuitry that the motherboard won't hold back any overclocking efforts unless you're using liquid nitrogen.
-----
The processor has a dual channel memory controller, so the number of memory modules you get should be either 2 or 4--and preferably 2. There are a lot of options for 8 GB kits, and something like one of these should be nice:
You're also completely missing a case. There are a lot of options, but here's one that will have plenty of space for whatever you may decide to do in the future:
Note the 10% off promo code on both; they're not nearly as good of a value after that expires. If you've never heard of Sentey, that's just Super Flower's gold platform, and also sells as the Kingwin Lazer Gold, NZXT Hale90, Super Flower Golden Green, and possibly other stuff.

Finally, I'd really recommend that you pick up a good SSD, in addition to the hard drive. Without that, the computer will be sluggish, no matter what other hardware you have. I've harped on this quite a bit, but here's a good value on one that will offer 119 GB of usable capacity, which is plenty of space for the OS and your main programs:
That also offers excellent read speeds and pretty good write speeds. Make sure you hook it up to a SATA 3 connector, as SATA 2 would be a big bottleneck.
ASUS ENGTX570 DCII/2DIS/1280MD5 GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Sentey Golden Steel Power GSP850-SM 850W ATX 12V v2.2 & EPS 12V v 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
There's still no optical drive there. You should also pick up an aftermarket CPU cooler, as you'll really have to in order to overclock it.
It looks like you're still ignoring my advice about an SSD. You can if you like, I suppose, as it won't prevent the computer from functioning. If you do go with only a hard drive, then you're the one who will constantly have to sit and wait for the computer to respond, not me.
sorry the font was black for the optical drive but i got the one you selected and i also did forget to post the SSD but i did pick up the one you also selected as well

what kind of cooling system do you recommend?
Ah, you're right about the optical drive. My mistake. I had clicked and dragged over most of the post to highlight it, but I missed the top line.
For a cooler, it depends on how far you want to overclock the processor. If you want to try for a fairly safe overclock of about 4-4.2 GHz at the stock voltage, then this will get the job done:
Both of those are combo deals with the processor. If you really want to push the processor as far as it can go, then I'm not sure what would work best.

Even if you want a GeForce GTX 570, I wouldn't go with that particular one. You could pick up a GTX 570 for substantially cheaper:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133370
You could get a reference card for basically the same price, which probably has a better cooler:

Don't try to overclock either of those, though. Alternatively, you could get a premium version of the card:

I'd also go with a higher end power supply. For one video card, this will have plenty of power:

If you're trying to retain room to go SLI, then this will have plenty for that:

Got mine built there and have loved it.

If you want to push the processor to 4.5 GHz or higher and risk frying it, then this should be powerful enough to give you a pretty good overclock:
