No chance in hell. For all practical purposes NWN2 and it's toolset (from Obsidian) is the update - and that one is abandoned as well by now.
Also, the rights to the games are not with the developers but are Ataris. Atari would have to fund any new work on these toolsets and in my opinion there's not a single chance Atari would pay money to a developer owned and run by EA.

I have to say, NWN2 toolset is hardly that (completely non-user friendly), but you dont have to take my word for it, just check Bioware and NWN vault forums.
