Right can suddenly log into the game but I can't access the server with all my characters. Help!

I managed to get into my account after a bit of faffing now I can't access my characters on Karak Orrud. The server is greyed out and doesn't appear as an option. The only server options that are open to me are:
Karak Azgal
Karak Norn
Drakenwald
Badlands
Gorfang
Sooo I'm guessing I have the flippin American version instead of the european version. Doh!

Actually, that's the remainder of both the American and EU servers right there.
Think you can transfer chars from dead servers in your account settings somewhere
Yeah get on your account management and transfer your chars to one of the servers. Your server is gone because of mergers, and you can pick a new server home. Or, you can find out where the people from your server went to on the forums and go there if that matters to you.
Aye sussed it out eventually after much confusion, thanks lads. The only problem is that all three of my rank 30 something characters have completely disappeared from the list of characters I'm allowed to transfer and many of the ones that are left on the list are missing about ten levels each some reason. Disaster. Not impressed at all. Can't understand why they couldn't save the bloody information - it's not as if a name, a level and a server location takes up much space that they can lose it or delete it. Anyway, I'll mess about with my free 14 days but if that's the care they put the product of peoples long hours of gaming then they can kiss my hairy gobbo bottom.
EDIT: Sorry I wrongly disparaged the good name of warhammer online, I actually had two accounts, all good, DOH!
