The second tube has a capacity of 100k units, says there's 70k available. but the tube (assuming that the bottom line is 0) has 8 notches, given that the final line is full at 100k, each notch would be 12.5k and it's on the 5th notch making it 62.5k? The first one seems too full for it's 150k capacity and 90k content.

Its a screen shot,its not in production,I just posted to give members a bigger picture as to whats going on.
As you pointed out with the tanks,it depends on your tank level as to how much you can store.As in level x can store x amount and so on,don't go by what you see in the screen shot,with levels.
The screen shot was done in the middle of adding this to the game.
