From the link..

This was filmed between 4th and 11th April 2011. I had the pleasure of visiting El Teide. Spain´s highest mountain @(3715m) is one of the best places in the world to photograph the stars and is also the location of Teide Observatories, considered to be one of the world´s best observatories.

Wish there were a network that showed landscapes such as this, with similar music, 24/7. In comparison, network telivision becomes deathly pale...

Quite a nice video, and  spectacular mountain vistas, but i guess i will have to settle for this mountain instead.

I was looking up random things about Star Trek (the entirety of it all) the other day and found out that in all their exploration, they never really left the Milky Way.. besides some alien intervention, like Q.

Of course then I looked up how big the Milky Way was and lots of stuff related to that.

They're always talking about the Alpha Quadrant, etc. I just didn't know what it was referring to.
