Pages for legendary traits

in Lord of the Rings Online

I have been woking on my alts. I have come to the point of where i need to collect 8 paiges for each trait.  I know some are dropping in Misty Moutains, (goblins)  Forochel ( agnamar, guardians, and durhands,) Eregion ( halforcs, and dundlings) and agnmar ( humanoids in Fasch Falrod ) . Im having a hard time getting my last page  for Valour of marches for Minstrels. If anybody has any news or ideas of what mob drops that page the most please post!  Thank you

    IIRC, pages drop from any sentient level 45 or over. They changed it from being area specific so you could feasibly get a drop from a goblin in Moria or beyond.
