Polished game with the most entertaining grind and not questing.

I'm looking for a game (not obligatory MMO) that is polished (hopefully not asian....those games are examples of...."unpolishedness",the only good asian game i played was CABAL Online) and has few or no quests and where the grinding is fun!

I want to have many abilities that i can just use on mobs,do whatever i want...and not losing any xp because i am NOT questing.

I dunno how grinding can be "fun" but I think LA2 is polished enough and iirc has little or no quests.

Also there are tonnes of Korean/chines grind games. You can distinguish them by looking at pictures of male heroes with ponytails :)

You will struggle as the "grindy" type game is only really popular in the east (as a mainstream) and the Western market is more geared towards quests and quick leveling.

Final fantasy XI maybe? thats quite grindy, quest free (well for leveling atleast), pretty polished (in that it all works atleast, though the UI and play online are horrible evil vile things) but its hard to get into now due to the lack of grouping available at the lower level.  If you are after a solo friendly westernised grinder you are pretty much SOL.

It depends on your definition of questing.  City of Heroes uses instanced missions, which are purely optional.  You could grind those, or grind in the public areas, or go to Architect Entertainment to grind in player-created missions.  You can even team with max-level people (no guarantees there, unless you get a friend) to level up faster.
