Hi there! U cant buy vitality-"items". They are from different events/holidays. The last ones we got was on Valentines day. We also got some vit-items in the xmas box that was given to us. So if u have played a while u might have some items in your warehouse, check it out!
If u want more xp try collecting recommendations from other players. That will eventually give u up to 50% extra xp for an hour each day. U can also buy an potion every 20 hours that will maintain this 50% bonus for between 1-3 hours.
