Ok, as of now, I'm settled on this. I'll put it together myself.
Is this a good motherboard:

And the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 1GB as a video card.
For RAM, 8GB (2GBx4) DDR3/1333MHz Dual Channel Memory.
I'm not settled on a case or fans yet.

It's certainly not a bad motherboard. But it's not at enough of a discount to justify getting an older motherboard like that unless it's part of a great combo deal that you're getting. If not, then I'd recommend something more modern like this:

It even comes in a combo deal with your processor:

For memory, if you want 8 GB, then it's better to get two 4 GB modules, not four 2 GB modules. For example, this:

You might want to link the particular GTX 460 that you have in mind, to make sure it is what you think it is, as Nvidia's naming scheme with them is deliberately confusing.
Not a bad setup. Although I would agree on getting two 4gb of ram. I am a ATI user though so I can't say much about the GPU besides the fact it does seem a bit pricy for the stats. Mind you, looks good enough.
Thanks to both of you, I'll look into your suggestions. I still have time to make changes.
I have saved the motherboard and RAM to my Newegg wish list.
