Rift: Cry Havoc Trailer Released

Trion Worlds and the Rift team have released a new trailer for Rift that features footage from the most recent beta event. It shows the horror that can befall Rift players in the blink of an eye as the sky bursts open and unmentionable planar abominations spill forth. The trailer features in-game footage showing off massive numbers of players working to close rifts all around Telara.
Zone-wide invasions are the hallmark of Rift’s dynamic content system, which gamers can experience for themselves starting tomorrow, February 15th, with the six-day open beta event. For a guaranteed spot, sign up now at the official site.

Meh...it's a lot more fun to be in there playing than to watch the video. It is cool to see so many people in one spot without the 1 Frame Per Second Presentation feature.

They should do a whole series of videos to follow the CGI one of the Guardian.

The invasions are pretty epic and fun. 'nuff said
For whatever reason, trying to play this video causes the system to hardlock, something I haven't had happen in a long time. It's only this vid, with or without ad block enabled. Memory tests fine, temperatures are fine. XP Pro (SP3 w/ all updates), Firefox and latest flash.
