After doing a lot of reading, watching and research with my previous thread, I personally feel Continent of the 9th will be a fresh breath to the NA MMO market. I wanted to share some features, videos with everyone and get some final thoughts and discussions going. All breath mints listed below.
Continent of the 9th
Amazing Visuals
Unique free-target combo system
Item Crafting
Custom Housing
Unique dungeon INVASION feature
Single or Group, skill dependant PvP
Single or Group survival dungeon
I'm personally excited for this game's release in NA, however could not find any information on potential publishers, anyone have any information? I was also wondering about the procedure to request a sub-section for C9, if possible? Please check out the poll if you have time.
As always, thanks in advance everyone!

Looks like a fun action MMORPG and the combat looks better than Vindictus
Games:
Currently playing:Nothing
Will play: Darkfall: Unholy Wars
Past games:
Guild Wars 2 - Xpiher Duminous
Xpiher's GW2
GW 1 - Xpiher Duminous
Darkfall - Xpiher Duminous (NA) retired

Warhammer - Xpiher
I get that this post is just marketing hype, but this looks like the exact polar opposite of what I want to play.

Sad but true.
@OP
Yes, webzen will publish it globally, if at all.

This game isn't even close to being an MMORPG, god damn it.
So I am not the only one who seeing a thread like this, automatically thinks that the OP is working for the game developers? Or am I just too cynical and people actually post like this on their own?
this is an endorsement ad. should prob be locked.
I will agree that all those points the OP mentions are valid and very good ideas.
However all one needs to do is watch the video and it has the same old same old Korean stereotype attached to it.
That is super fast unrealistic arcade type animations/action.Also the constant unrealsitic jumping high into the air and performing amazing attacks.
If a game is going to have flying into the air performing attacks, then i want to see real "physics"meaning you bounce off in some direction if you land and your projectory upwards is not always 100% perfect.I also want to see some type of fatigue bar,you can't just jump all over hells acres non stop and pretend your player never gets tired.
Basically in a nutshell, they are still delivering arcade type MMORPG's,they need to move beyond the 1980's,but i guess they are catering to very young kids who still like that hyper arcade type action.Personally i like to enjoy my action,i don't want my eyes to be bleeding just to try and see an animation.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
C9 has enough money to make adds without resorting to a single forum person. He / she is just making a thread. This isn't some silly game from a nobody company.
Collector's editions are scams.
Ive had an eye on this game for several months.
America sucks and doesnt get all these cool games most of the time. I need to move to these other countries.
I wouldnt be surprised to see it in 10 years tho new in america.
We're so stupid, slow and far behind.
Then you got people like Wizardry that apparently only play video games for their realism...

Wow, does the thread really come off like that? Yes, of course I'm trying to do a marketing ploy for a game that has no release dates, no mention of it even coming to NA... yes right, thats my goal...
It doesn't seem to interest me that much, don't know why, I've tried many MMO's and EVE is the only one that actually stuck, although it's becoming a bit of a chore now.
Trion should look at this character creator and feel very ashamed of their efforts tbh.
Well to be honest, it seems quite profitable to offer a free-to-play MMO but include an in-game market selling vanity items or even items that could give you an edge over other players, although one could combat it by stating that it's unfair.
Shouldn't paying customers have some benefit?
Free-to-play and an in-game store seems to attract a lot of people, many of which who just refuse to pay a monthly fee to simply play a game.
To me, in the end it boils down to being a lobby game. It's not how I would define MMORPG or even MMOG... and it will probably keep me entertained for a week like Vindictus did, after that I end up moving on.
No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-
This game is all flash and no substance. Pretty flashes of light and bouning characters. No thanks.
Let's party like it is 1863!
I would like to see this game, and more games like it end up in NA.
All of my posts are either intelligent, thought provoking, funny, satirical, sarcastic or intentionally disrespectful. Take your pick.
I get banned in the forums for games I love, so lets see if I do better in the forums for games I hate.
I enjoy the serenity of not caring what your opinion is.
I don't hate much, but I hate Apple© with a passion. If Steve Jobs was alive, I would punch him in the face.
Me too, without the westernization nonsense.

I played Continent of the ninth back in late 2009 early 2010 in beta and i didn´t liked it. First the world was heavly instanced like GW and u could run ur mini "wow like instances" alone. 2nd c9 hadn´t not many customization options and the charachters looked boring and the graphics was to shiny for me. Sure for an free mmorpg its good but whos knows if it would be free in the west.
Oh wow, I wasn't aware that there was going to be a global publisher. Been hoping someone would publish the game outside of Korea, so here it is.
It will definitively rival upcoming titles like TERA and Dragon Nest, or already established titles like Vindictus, so it will be interesting to see how it plays out. My only concern is that, C9 offering PvP, will suffer from connection issue, since it will be global. Ping can be a real killer in a competitive and skill-based environment.
