turn 6950 to 6970

is this worth it or not ?

will it do any damage to your card by doing it ?

to modify a 6950 into 6970

    If AMD thought the chip could run safely over the long term as a 6970, they'd have binned it as a 6970, not sold it as a 6950 at a discount.  If you try it, maybe it will work and maybe not.  Personally, I wouldn't try it.

     i think 6950 is more than enough so  i agree with you   ,  i will not make intentional damage to the card
