and can you make your own emotes or do you need to use **'s for emotes? also how instanced is theworld?

I think the unofficial US RP server is Virtue and Vice. There are in game emotes but i've never used them. The world is big and open with lots of little instances for group/pvp content.
Any idea what the EU unofficial RP server is?
