Question on AO?

in Anarchy Online

How does advancement in AO work? Is it grind? quests? or what?

Also is there any skill factor in the PvP of this game? or just who is the higher lvl wins?

    both grind and quests ur choice.I dunno about pvp most 2 chars are diffrent its mainly skills n that n ppl with gd buffs,so on.
