Are cross server mini coming in the next patch?

was curious if this new 12 man mini pvp map was brining cross server matching, becuase in my mind thats whats actually needed.
As well as a one on one arean system. that spectators couldplace bets on

Sil have said earlier that Cross server PVP is something they have thought about, and explored a little, but the fact is that it would require heavy coding & re-coding, in such a manner that it would take alot of manpower and maybe 6 months or more doing it.
With the current level of PvP that has been visible in community tests, its just not justifiable to use so much manpower for it. Thats the official standing atm on it I think. So for now its server only.
so the PVP minis still kind of suck then
