Anyone else get this email from Funcom offering a 10 day trial of ROTGS to former subscribers?
I reactivated my account to give it a go but can't seem to log into the game. Password not recognized, it looks like. Can log into account management just fine however and the page says the game is playable. Tried to send a mail to CS but that doesn't work either, gives me this error:
Send Customer Service Request failed
The Site Administrator has been Notified.
Please try again later.
Any ideas?

Give it a day or so and you will be able to play. AoC isnt like most MMOs where you can reactivate and immediatly log in.
I reactivated my sub one time and it took them 2 days before I could actually log into the game.
Check your subscription cycle...
I got this offer by mail also,clicked the link to activate it,and account management page said i was going to be billed, after this trial ends ,on a 1 month cycle...
Anyway couldn't get past the launcher...lols
they are usually slow... up until now i still have no forum access... lol
